About Dr. Eva Peters

I’m Dr. Eva Peters, an organizational psychologist with a PhD in Organizational Behavior and Human Resources. As an educator, mindfulness coach,  and researcher, I’m passionate about bringing evidence-based mindfulness education and training to individuals, teams, and classrooms.

My work focuses on mindfulness, well-being, leadership, and entrepreneurship – and is grounded in scientific rigor and lived experience.

I’ve lived, worked, and studied across Germany, California, and Singapore, which has shaped my interdisciplinary and cross-cultural lens. Drawing from my experience as a certified mindfulness and yoga teacher, researcher, and startup co-founder, I support people in cultivating healthy, connected, and sustainably productive lives.
