About Dr. Eva Peters

I am an organizational psychologist with a PhD in Organizational Behavior and Human Resources from Singapore Management University.

 

My work focuses on attention, decision quality, and leadership effectiveness in high-demand professional settings and higher education.

I study and apply evidence-based methods that strengthen focus, emotional regulation, and self-leadership, capacities that directly influence how leaders and teams make decisions, manage pressure, and coordinate tasks.

​

Across corporate and academic contexts, I translate research from organizational psychology and contemplative science into structured, measurable approaches that support clearer thinking, better judgment, and more stable performance.

Having lived and worked across Germany, California, Portugal, and Singapore, I bring a cross-cultural perspective grounded in scientific rigor and real-world application.
