What Past Participants Say About MBSAT with Dr. Eva

Having recently completed this course under Eva's guidance, I've witnessed the impact of these practices on the development of my own cognitive flexibility and emotional intelligence. The MBSAT provides a systematic approach to mindfulness practice allowing for deeper rational explanations of how this modality effects the body-mind, and how those effects can be beneficial to our everyday lives (decision making, relationship management, etc). Eva, as a knowledgable facilitator, guided the participants with both compassion and curiosity. Overall, a great course.
