Course Outcomes: At the end of this course, you will understand what mindfulness really is — and, importantly, how to bring it into your daily life in ways that support calm, clarity, and connection. You’ll gain foundational tools to feel more grounded, aware, and emotionally balanced — even in the middle of a busy, demanding day. This course is designed to be simple, practical, and experiential, so you can apply what you learn right away. Course content: – Three foundational mindfulness practices to integrate into everyday life – The core principles and attitudes of mindfulness – What meditation is - and what it’s not – Answers to common questions and struggles of (beginner) meditators Who is it for: This course is for busy professionals, caregivers, creatives — and for anyone who has tried meditation before but didn’t really get it. It’s also for those who want to deepen their practice and are looking for a fresh, accessible take on the fundamentals. You want to feel more present, peaceful, and resilient, but haven’t found an approach that sticks?
